The ambiance was relaxing, and the customer service was excellent. The nail technician named Derrick, did a great job on my pink & white full set. If you are looking for an exquisite calming experience then this nail salon is the place, conveniently located in the Publix Shopping Center in Cane Bay (Summerville,SC).

I just had my mani/pedi at the Princess Nail salon in Cane Bay. The shop is beautiful. Service was prompt. Josh, my nail technician, is the best nail technician I have ever used (I am 68 years old). He has a great demeanor, very professional, a great eye for detail, and takes the time to make sure your nails are exactly what you asked for and they are perfectly done. Not to mention his is nice looking. The ambiance of the shop was great - they were playing the best music (Sade). I won't go anywhere else now.

Overall I liked the atmosphere of the salon while I was there! The technician that did my dip powder did an amazing job, he picked a few colors based off of a picture I showed him and showed me a few samples so I could choose which color I liked best. When it came time for my pedicure the lady acted like she didn’t want to be there and not to mention was falling asleep while massaging my feet.
