Beyond Nails is a nail salon that offers a range of services. The nail technicians are skilled and provide excellent service, leaving customers happy with their nails. However, some customers have experienced rushed service or felt the owner's behavior regarding tips was unprofessional. Overall, the salon offers good service, but there is room for improvement in the customer experience.
Saw all the negative reviews and decided to try them out myself. Best decision ever because Kate is the best!! They are always very friendly and the customer service is on point. She gives me suggestions when I tell her what I want and it works out great. The Book Lady 😘
My pedicure was perfect and my fingernails exceeded my expectations! I had a great experience and will definitely be back!!
