Great customer service! I was stressing because of my car having issues and having to get towed, but Chris V at All Ways Towing made me feel so comfortable and took care of everything I needed.
The dispatcher (Samantha) was quick to call me once my insurance company connected me with this company. She was very pleasant! Jamie was my tow driver and as soon as Samantha dispatched him, he called me and asked all the necessary questions. He kept me updated on the whereabouts of my car and we even had some good banter. Having to get your car towed is never a fun time but they made the whole process super easy. I work at a dealership and hear all sorts of horror stories about other towing companies but I would 110% recommend All Ways Towing!
