I initially went in just to get a quote, but next thing I knew, I was setting up an appointment! Vlad was very nice and welcoming—he made the quoting and scheduling process smooth and easy. When I came in for my appointment yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting Emily at the front desk. She was truly a breath of fresh air—so friendly and welcoming. She walked me through the process, offered me coffee, cold drinks, and snacks, and made sure I felt taken care of from the moment I arrived. Within an hour, my car was done and the tint looks amazing! I especially appreciated the small but thoughtful detail of the reminder tape over the window controls—super helpful in making sure I didn’t accidentally roll the windows down.
