I’m giving 4 stars bc every employee I’ve dealt with since transitioning from ultra tan, has been amazing. However tonight at the location on the west side of Spartanburg I went in and the bed I laid in was not cleaned. Thank goodness I had makeup wipes and hand sanitizer on me to clean the bed the best I could.

I absolutely love coming to palm Beach tan in Spartanburg, Kylie is the absolute sunshine ? of my day.Brianna, Ashanti all are fantastic.Its always so clean and the floors are so clean no gross bandaids in the corner no tanning lotion smeared on the walls just a great place after a long day.I used to go to Duncan that was 2 minutes from my house now I drive the 15 minutes to come here.Great job ladies!!!!!

The staff here was super sweet and helpful. It was my first time doing a tanning service EVER and one of the staff members Megan, walked me through the process and really helped me feel comfortable and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I def recommend and will be coming back!
