She was patient with all of my questions and even comfort me during my hesitation. Marwin was extremely helpful in getting the right frames for my face, utilizing my insurance benefits to the fullest, and getting my glasses to me same-day! Would highly recommend him!
I battled traffic to get here right after work only 15 minutes before closing I felt terrible. However Marwin didn’t rush me whatsoever and was actually very kind and patient making recommendations to match what I was looking for (my work glasses were severely bent and I needed a new pair without insurance).
He was able to work with me on the price and although I wasn’t able to take advantage of the BOGO deal, I walked out paying what I would pay at a place like Target or Walmart AFTER insurance, which is a huge deal to me. I needed a pit but I didn’t want to break the bank!
