I can’t imagine handling the challenges we faced with our home—two separate claims—without Jay Tuten and his team. From Jay himself to his staff and the subcontractors they work with, they guided us through the entire process with professionalism and care. They completely redid our downstairs flooring and are now repairing a shower upstairs that leaked and damaged the ceiling below.

The carpet cleaning was great however the technician failed to do a final walk through with me to ensure I was completely satisfied with the service. He removed all hoses and said he was done. I mentioned I required some furniture to be moved which I was going to do. It would have taken a minute to move. He brushed it off and left. So I'm not completely satisfied with the service because all rooms were not cleaned to my satisfaction. The areas they did do were great but not ensuring the customer was satisfied at completion and blowing my concerns off is the reason for the two stars.
Carpet cleaning 4 large rooms and stairs. I had a wonderful experience with ServiceMaster. Haley was my carpet cleaning professional and she did an amazing job. The price was good. This is our 2nd steam cleaning with them. Just before Covid and now. We will keep their number on our speed-dial for next time.
