I've been using Dianna for over a year for chemical peels and injections. She is AWESOME! I explained to her the results I wanted and she delivered. I love that the spa is private and has a boutique feel- so much better than a huge medical office. I highly recommend Palmetto Aesthetics!

Palmetto Aesthetics Medical Spa offers an array of services and products to improve the health of you skin as well as personalized body contouring to acheieve your ideal body. Palmetto's services include Weight loss with Semaglutide, Jeuveau/ Xeomin, truSculpt iD, Dermal Fillers, Microneedling with or without PRP, Chemical Peels, and Geneo's Glo2Facial. We sell Obagi, FarmHouse Fresh, Vitality Institute, Biojuve and Jane Iredale products. Palmetto Aesthetics will operate by appointment only Tuesday- Saturday. Please call before coming if you do not have a scheduled appointment.
