Several years ago, I called in Omega Services to service a gas oven that was not working. When I saw the attention to detail that James displayed, I asked him to service the gas stovetop. He cleaned the entire unit quickly, ordered parts, and then came back when the parts came in. My father was pleased with the work and we keep Omega Services card on our fridge.Flash forward, my refrigerator is leaking! So, I called several establishments that have local numbers but are in other cities (Columbia, Gastonia, etc). Igniter problem with cooktop, and "reputable" Thermador repair guy from Charlotte came out to fix it... and nearly destroyed our $5K unit. Left it like that, then called a week later to say new parts didn't exist... and that was that. I saw previous reviews on here, and didn't want to call Omega... but had no choice. SURE glad I did! Hard time finding parts, but my cooktop is totally restored... and after just 2 weeks after contacting him. VERY nice workmen, and have NO clue what the previous negative reviews were all about.Service: Stove & cooktop repair

James provided an excellent and professional service... pre Covid disassembling our appliance to determine the defective part... and after 4 months waiting to get part from manufacturer... reassembling everything! Works perfect again! Highly recommend!!
