Neely's Windows in Spartanburg did an exceptional job with the ordering and installation of beautiful Marvin windows in our entire house. In the showroom, Parks explained details about the quality of the product and answered all our questions. Then, Eddie, the installer, visited our home to make sure the measurements were perfect before the order was submitted. A few months later, Eddie and Noah took extreme care installing each window and cleaning up afterward. We are very pleased with our experience with Neely's Windows, Doors, and More!

Neely’s staff proved invaluable to our custom built home. They provided input regarding the latest window technology available and really focused on giving us the quality we desired while staying within our budget. The windows are in and we are thrilled. The staff is readily available. The installation was seamless and the entire process from the minute we entered the showroom was a pleasure.

Neely’s just installed our new front door and frame. It’s a beautiful door! The job went smoothly and we are pleased with the outcome. The installers did exactly what I asked. The best part of my experience with Neely’s was Heather Johnson. She helped me pick out my door, coordinated with painters, measured for my new frame several times, and communicated with me constantly. I couldn’t have done this without her!

Was supposed to get a quote for 3 door repairs/replacements. Had someone come out on 8/22 and measure. I still have not gotten my quote. Can't want my business that bad. I signed with another company.
