I really loved this place in the past and have been off and on for the past 15 years. Unfortunately, I do not plan to return. There seems to be some difficulty with them keeping up with nail trends/ up to date techniques, and their work reflects that.

The professionalism and customer service was horrible the day I visited. I was referred to this salon by a friend of mine who's a regular customer here. The man (the father) was very rude to me after I complained about the service I received from him(a pedicure)! Then I asked for some assistance in the situation. The lady in the “white coatâ€(I thought she was the owner) (the mother) came over and added fuel to the fire. I don't think they like constructive criticism very much!
