I had such a great experience at Master’s Mark Dry Cleaners! I called last minute on a Saturday needing my uniform dry cleaned, and although they don’t normally offer dry cleaning that day, Jennifer went out of her way to help me anyway. That really meant a lot because I didn’t have another opportunity to get it done in time.

Thank you so much to Jennifer and the entire staff for being so kind, accommodating, and professional. This level of customer service is rare, and I truly appreciate it. I will definitely be coming back for any future dry cleaning needs!

This is a revision of my previous review. I changed my rating because Tommy from Masters Mark called me and personally corrected the problem which was a simple misunderstanding. My shirts were professionally done and I have gotten many compliments on them. I will be back and would recommend their services to my friends and family.

This Dry Cleaner is the best dry cleaners I have ever been to. I have had some horrible experiences with dry cleaners but not this one. I live in Union Sc and my Mother passed away her funeral is Friday but I have to have her clothes at the funeral home today before closing. I looked up cleaners in Spartanburg and this was the first one I saw. I called and spoke with Mrs. Joey and she was wonderful she told me to go ahead and bring it up here and she would have it ready for me today before closing. With No charge and gave me the best hug I have had since all this happened I will never forget her or how helpful she was to me she is an amazing woman.
