My experience was a pleasant one. I was one of the first to arrive for the day and they opened on time, everyone was professional and courteous, also my taxes were completed in a very timely manner.
Jahnia Parker is the best tax woman I’ve had in a while she is very so considerate and thoughtful of things and is ready and willing to serve any one coming her way so everyone can come and see about her she’s the best
I was unsure of where to file but I gave this location a try and had a great experience. I was a walk in but the wait time and preparation was not long. The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a promotion for a free hotel stay which I was unaware of. I also loved my free t-shirt and M&Ms.
