Everyone is a potential customer. How you treat people goes a long way. The types of people that you hire and allow to drive around with your company name says a lot about you. Flipping birds, yelling, that's whatever. Weve all been there. But when it crosses over to endangering people by stalking them down, you have a completely different problem on your hands. How do you think someone that will follow another driver until they stop, would respond to criticism about their work? Does not return phone calls promptly at all. I called three times before getting a person to make an appointment. I guess the job I had was too small because I tried multiple times to confirm the appointment time ( my bad, forgot to write it down) NEVER returned one phone call. Finally had to find someone else.
