“It is not often that I feel strongly about giving accolades to sales people but I think that Chuck at Refined is deserving. I went to the main store searching for "the perfect" dining room table. Since I wasn't sure the style I wanted I gave Chuck pictures and dimensions of my dining room and he spent a great deal of time doing research and offering great design ideas.He is so knowlegeable about current styles as well as inventory offered by various companies from whom they order. Although I havent decided for sure I will definitely return to Chuck when I make my purchase. I even went to Refined and bought a wonderful reed diffuser by Apotheke and a floral to show my appreciation of his time and effort! They have the best gifts and home decor. Great Store!“
