awesome customer service. very helpful. Marc fennessy (store mngr) went above and beyond to help me build a set of drum for my son! A++++ Well we had some issues with the set of drums we bought used from an individual. Something was wrong with the controller and it wasn't loud enough. So I went to Guitar Center in Spartanburg and he gave me one to try out, unfortunately the drum heads themselves were so much older they didn't work good with that controller. So he asked me to bring the whole set down there and see if he can figure it out. Well in the process he wound up rebuilding me a set with our original stand and a whole new set of pads and symbols from a set he took in that was missing parts on a shipment. He only charged me $100 for basically a brand new set of drums with controller. So now he's all set up new drums new seat new sticks ready to rock and roll. Go see Marc fennessy at Guitar Center in Spartanburg he is awesome. At first he was just basically doing me a favor trying to help me get them going. He didn't have to go to the trouble he did, but because he did he made some extra money off of parts he had laying around and we bought other items from him while we were there.
