First time getting my nails done professionally and they turned out amazing!! I have no clue what the guys name there was but he did an amazing job. The lady doing my pedi did an amazing job as well ?

Decided to try Four Seasons as I needed to get in quick and have a gel manicure before heading out go out of town. I have short nails but had gotten a gel manicure for the first time a few months ago for my daughter's wedding. They looked amazing. Today's manicure not so much. The nail technician was very nice and polite, but my nails look like I did them. Not the look I was going for. They are not shiny and the polish is thin and has bubbles in it. It was almost as if she was taking the polish off to fix it towards the end which left a very dull and uneven appearance. I hate leaving a bad review but they look so bad. I've had more positive experiences than negative but....an older lady reluctantly did my nails... it seemed that she kept painfully nipping my cuticles on purpose until I told her what I did for a living. She didn't want to give me a pedicure, so she recruited someone else. The younger lady, who had a cross necklace on btw, was a Gem! She was extremely nice, professional, and thorough. I have since found another place that is more serious about customer care. There are many other things a person can do for money if they don't like the service industry.
