I managed to break my house key in half. When this manager took my key, he said that he couldn't make any promises because of the area it was broken in. I want to say about 5 minutes later, he comes back with two keys. He looks me in the eyes and says, I don't know if either one of these will work but it's worth a try. Also he only asked for me to pay for one key. By the grace of God and the nice man who made my keys.....They both worked! I will give this company 5 stars immediately! Great experience. They replaced/upgraded the lock on a safe at my house. They ordered the type of lock I wanted, communicated with me during the process, then worked with me on a convenient time for installation. Their installation representative Doug was very courteous, knew exactly what he was doing, and explained in detail how the new system worked. Their price was very fair.
