A new flat roof was installed on my building June of 2021.I had 2 major leaks the ist year. The first one in my bedroom was fixed and haven’t had anymore leaks. My living room has continued to leak from ceiling and also coming in under my living room baseboard which has tied the white fringe on my rug pink. I have recent text from roofer saying my roof was fine that water was soaking through some decorative tiles and backing up because of leaves. I finally called Cannon roofing for help. They came out the Friday of week I called them and fixed problem that day. NO MORE LEAKS!!!! It was a pipe water drained through and into down spout. It has been a nightmare.,,,
