The service was just fine but they are a little rougher than I'd like. I had this lovely lady working on my pedicure but she was a little rough while fining, she filed in my skin and it resulted in a minor laceration on the knuckle of my toe but other than that it was an amazing experience, the environment is very clean and luxurious. It has amazing lighting and a nice smell. I would go here again!
I’m a regular at this place because everything always goes well. I had the same guy this time and he seemed miserable the whole time. He didn’t speak to me and gossiped the whole time. When I told him what I wanted it seemed like he was frustrated. I love the salon but I will make sure if he does my nails I want him to be more respectful. Also he switched me to someone else. And I was assuming that he didn’t want to do mine anymore. I love my nail salon but I am disappointed this time. I’ve been going for awhile and Thina does my nails and she does amazing work. The reason I gave 3 stars is because I took my daughter for her birthday on the 10th to get her nails done( acrylic not a manicure). By the 20th every nail has came off. They were literally falling off. 2 came off while she was sleeping. Paying $50 for a child’s nail just to have them all off within a week and a half. Horrible if Thina wasn’t there I wouldn’t go back.
