“Took our kittens in to establish care. It probably didn’t help my first impression to arrive at the old location on John B White and find no one there. So I showed up at the Pine Street location late and frazzled, and a little annoyed that the old name & address for RRAH still shows up on Google Maps when in fact it has a new name and location. I wish the person with whom I made the appointment had made this clear. A reminder probably would’ve helped too, as my middle-aged brain tends to forget these types of details. 🤦🏻‍♀ Aaaaanyway. Four stars for all the confusion. But everything else was fine. The staff and doctor were all very nice, and the prices seemed reasonable.

Just a suggestion: I would’ve liked to have the option to keep the kittens in the room for their exam and shots. Some people like to see what’s being done and have a chance to be present and comfort their pet.”
