Woodruff Road Animal Hospital is a great place for pet owners. The staff is kind, answering all questions and making pets feel comfortable. The veterinarians are thorough, comprehensive, and supportive, treating both pets and owners with kindness and patience. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and the facility is spotless. Customers praise the great service and price, noting that unlike other clinics, the hospital gets pets in to see a vet promptly when needed. Reviewers describe the vets as very knowledgeable and the technicians as animal lovers who are patient. Customers appreciate the same-day appointments and flexibility. While the hospital is considered expensive, many feel it is worth it for the excellent care provided.
This place is awesome. It is super clean and somehow always pretty quiet, which makes it less stressful for our anxious dogs. The front staff is always cheerful and polite (shout out to Kelsey who is an incredible human being and helped me find snacks and entertainment for my kids while we were here!) Would definitely recommend!
When I take my 14-year-old tuxedo cat to this vet, he's always treated so nicely. He has no eyes due to glocoma, so it means a lot to me to have them love on him and make sure he's comfortable whenever they're doing the exam. They give him treats which he loves. Dr Watkins Always takes time to answer any questions. I have.
They have been so accommodating to me and my Cat Obsidian who was diagnosed with FIP and going through treatment. I’ve been able to call them to ask questions and they have made time for me to bring my girl in on short notice! 🫶🏻
