Just had my first experience at Palm Beach AND getting a spray tan. Bailey (who I learned does not work at this store normally 😭) was extremely excited that it was my first time and made sure I was getting the best spray tan possible. She matched my skin tone to a bronzer and gave me her honest recommendations. I was very nervous coming in that I wouldn’t know what to do and I would leave looking orange but my tan turned out PERFECT!! I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Bailey! I will definitely be back.
I will be signing up for a membership at this location most likely. The staff were not completely on point as I was not very welcomed on entrance or even as I was signing up. But, it's close to home (haven't lived in South Carolina long & just looking around) & got the first visit free. Think the staff was just young & inexperienced in customer service.
Great tan options! Excellent employees that will explain everything to you. Don’t you really feel and look better with a tan? I’m 77 and wrinkles even look better with some color!
