I didn’t realize how hard it is to find a plumber these days!! They answered the phone, made an appointment and actually stuck to the appointment unlike the 3 other companies we called before we called Ricks! The guy who came out and fixed the issue the best way he could, then he explained it would be a reoccurring problem and told us how to fix the problem if it happens before we can get someone to come out and fix the bigger issue (we need fill dirt put out so the drain lines can drain properly). He was very informative and was reasonably priced! I’ll know next time to call Ricks!!Service: Drain cleaning

Rick knows his stuff. Very knowledgeable. Set the appointment late Sunday for Monday and he was right on time. Made sure my sewer line was clear before he left. Genuinely cares about doing the job right. The price was more than fair.
