“Today was my first cleaning with The Cleaning Authority. I am impressed with the service. I love that they have an App and it gives an ETA of arrival which updates as the day goes by so you know when to expect the team. I love that they give a detailed list of what they covered in this visit. I also love that they do 1 free sheet change per a visit. I was with Molly Maid for 6.5 years prior to switching to the Cleaning Authority. They started out really well in 2019 but over the years the cleanings drastically went down. However, even at my happiest with Molly Maid, I never received the above mentioned things. It’s only been one cleaning, so we will see what the future holds. But, for now, I give them 5 stars!“
