I had my whole house re-floored and the first company completely botched the job, they rushed install, inexperienced crew, and left nearly 40 planks damaged. I called FNJ and spoke to the owner, Luis, who assured me his crew would install it the right way and fix everything the other guys messed up. He told me he has some of the most experienced installers in the Upstate, and it was obvious he really does. Marcos and Jeremy showed up on time, very professional, and did amazing work. Luis even stopped by to make sure we were happy. FNJ saved the day. Highly recommend!
Luis and his crew did amazing work on our master bathroom removing a garden tub and half wall. They extended our shower, replaced the floor tile, counter top, sinks, faucets, and painted. We could not be happier with the whole process including communication, the respect of our home, and quality of work. My wife and I work from home and have 2 dogs. The crew were very respectful concerning noise and communicating when needed to use loud tools. At the end of every work day they organized and cleaned up including vacuuming. A cleaning service was provided multiple times throughout the process. We highly recommend FNJ flooring and will most definitely use them for any project in the future.
