“My experience is much more positive than other reviews here. Scheduling was easy, on the phone, as the App did not schedule far enough ahead. Technician was right on time. I only wanted a wash and wax, nothing on the interior. The notes were repeated back to me by the technician and he got to work. His work was excellent, without any flaws. Sure I could save money by doing it myself, but there are a lot of reasons to pay for the convenience. While I am not pleased with the steep price increase since my last Spiffy, 6 months ago, it is still the best price for a service that comes to my apartment building. I am certain that the quality of the work depends on the franchisee and the workers; G was excellent.“

“I used Wilson’s mobile detailing about 4 years ago and I have used other mobile detailing companies in recent years due to Wilson’s not getting back to me, but let me tell you I understand why they are so busy! They did by far the best detailing job I have ever had done on my Ram 1500. I work on a construction site so dust and red clay typically cover all areas of my truck inside and out. It was spotless when they were done and they were incredibly polite and professional as well. As you can read from the reviews it can be challenging to get in touch with them but if you can get in touch with them it is worth it!“
