I was quite impressed with the friendly attitude and environment Randy & Hunter created. They worked as a good team. They were efficient, thorough, and kind. Randy creates a friendly vibe the moment you step foot in the door. That makes you feel good about being there. Hunter never pushed beyond my needs if he thought it would make me uncomfortable. I trusted his expertise completely!! And he absolutely improved my range of motion with his suggestions. Great office!
I was diagnosed with Vertigo and my PCP ordered therapy. My physical therapist was Hunter. He was excellent. I felt he asked the right questions to understand my issue. He basically explained our course of action and we proceeded with that plan .
True to his word my therapy resulted in successful. Hunter was so good in explaining and encouraging me. Kudos to Benchmark for hiring him!
I might add that Randy who checked me in etc, was definitely an upper. Her personality is exactly what is needed when patients don’t feel their best.
I had a great experience at BenchMark. The staff were friendly,
professional, and helpful. My balance and muscle coordination
were greatly improved over the 8 weeks of therapy there. Thank
