The two students, Bret and Spenser, work well with patients, ensuring they receive excellent care. Many patients have seen significant improvements in their conditions, including reduced pain and increased mobility, often after only a few sessions. The location is central, easy to find, and offers plenty of parking, with appointments running on time, making the whole experience smooth and efficient.
I would only recommend Benchmark to anyone needing PT. Collin is by far the best dry needler I have ever had. He is patient, professional, listens and has your best interest in mind. He has taken the time to learn what works best for me and what my body needs to be successful through this journey. If you truly allow his guidance you can live a better life than you do right now. Oh and let’s not forget about Randy! She is amazing at what she does. She makes every guest feel welcomed and cared for. Its a very warm and personable environment here. I'm greeted each and every time I walk in, as well as enjoying conversations while completing different tasks.
I’ve made lots of progress during my time here, and will miss it. Collin is a great physical therapist! Randi is always kind and very helpful in scheduling changes as well!
I was quite impressed with the friendly attitude and environment Randy & Hunter created. They worked as a good team. They were efficient, thorough, and kind. Randy creates a friendly vibe the moment you step foot in the door. That makes you feel good about being there. Hunter never pushed beyond my needs if he thought it would make me uncomfortable. I trusted his expertise completely!! And he absolutely improved my range of motion with his suggestions. Great office!
