Decided for a Deep Tissue massage to work out tension from a recent Extreme Hike raising money for Make-A-Wish SC. Anthony was fantastic! Definitely will be back to see him as he is now an official part of my training routine for future hikes. 😁

I went today for a couples massage. Unfortunately, one of the therapists had called in, but the girl who was there accommodated us by allowing us to be together in the room while she took care of each of us individually- so we go to be there for 2 hours. Unconventional, but bonus relaxing time and way better than being cancelled! The therapist (I believe is was Xixi) was amazing and kind. Excellent massage- you can tell she is very experienced. I was in bad shape and she found some terrible tension in my shoulder area that was severe and needed to be cupped, which she added at no extra charge.
