It may have been an out of the ordinary day due to the holidays, but my experience was very mixed.Had booked a couple massage, which was changed to two separate massages only one day prior. Relaxation / quiet area was cold (71F) and non-spa staff in outdoor cloths walked into the quiet area addressing customers without apparent reason. Also, immediately after the massage was asked to have the credit card ready for check out, while still being in the relaxation area.The staff was otherwise very nice and the massage great. But the spa experience was not existing.
Wendy was wonderful. She took the time to learn more about my concerns and needs for the massage. I felt refreshed and had less aches after my visit. I am looking forward to my next appointment!
The service was excellent, I prefer the room to have lesser interior light and more darkness along with candlelight. It’s very possible I will be returning.
