Outstanding service from local business in Upstate SC. Entire process of scheduling an estimate over the phone through the completion of the carpet stretching was so easy. It’s truly a pleasure dealing with all the staff. Ricky is a great man. I will definitely use again. Oh, 3 year warranty on the work is unheard of these days!

This is lengthy but I need to be detailed. I found Affordable Restoration in our local HomeMag. We have a home that is near 7 years old and 3 bedrooms were in need of re-stretching. I sought out a company that does power stretching and that is why I called Affordable. I received a preliminary estimate from Summer. I scheduled an appt. for the coming Saturday. She told me Ricky would call ahead and let me know when he was on his way. I received a call on a Friday and Summer told me that they had to reschedule due to an installation that ran a little behind. We appreciated that they didn't wait till the day of. Just had a wonderful experience today. Ricky & Marcus stretched our 3 bedrooms and cleaned the carpet in all 3 rooms. I highly recommend this company.Thank you again for such a a great job and my carpets look amazing ?
