Being rejected by Urgent Care facility I went to Upstate to inquire as to where I should seek medical assistance and they offered to see me. Upstate has been my medical office for 20 years.

I didn't wait long to be seen. Ali, the NP, is very friendly yet professional. She listened to me and discussed my medications and other providers with me. She took the time to see my medical history.
