I don’t generally leave reviews but I felt so welcomed at this store today. Between Brianna (sp? Sorry girl!) helping me to locate the specific lipstick color I was searching for and Allie’s graciousness at check out, I was treated so nicely and patiently. The other staff have always been so kind in the past as well. Thanks again!! I will be coming back again 💕
Ulta has always been a place that is fun to shop in and has some of my favorite brands like Bumble and Bumble or Clinique. I recently came into the store on a hot day while pregnant to pop in and pick up my favorite Paul Mitchell Sea Salt Styling Spray. I didn’t wander around like I usually like to do because I didn’t have my emotional support water bottle with me. I got to the register and the heat and movement got to me and I was feeling light headed. The women behind the counter and the manager, Jocelyn, were my angels. Hannah was incredibly kind and helpful. I came in to see if they could do a blowout for me while visiting the area. I did not have an appointment and although they were booked, she went out of her way to help find products and a flat iron to do my own. I left my supplies at home so I was in a bind. I was so impressed with her kindness! She does facials and invited me to stop in next time for a facial appointment. I definitely will be making one next time I visit my daughter at Clemson!
