Designs on the Boulevard
“I have been going here to see the owner since before she owned this actual business. More years than I care to count. At Designs On The Boulevard they are very helpful, professional, and eager to help you in anyway they can. Barbara does my hair better than anybody in my 65 years of living has ever done. I consider her a friend after all these years.”
