I was thoroughly disappointed with the previous state of the aquatic department. I am happy to say it is looking better than I have ever seen it. Better than most Petco stores really. The young lady in charge should be really proud of herself for how well she has turned the department around. ???

I came in to use the dog washing station. I hadn’t used it in a long time, but I knew more about it than the employed did at first he didn’t even know how to ring it up then he didn’t know that I get a basket with materials to use. It was worth the $20 I paid but would’ve liked a little more customer service.

Returned Petsafe collar after confirming it was not compatible with existing system. Manager spent time trying to find compatible collar but no luck. This was above normal service.
