“Kimberly did an AMAZING job! We had a really good conversation and she was super attentive and asked questions before she went to the next step. She also offered to fix my nails if they broke. My massage was also very relaxing and my toes turned out beautiful! Well needed at 33 weeks pregnant! They also took my expired certificate, that I didn't realize had expired a few weeks ago.

Update- Went back again to get my tips taken off before I have my son so I don't cut him once his born! I was remembered and thanked for coming back. I was also wished a healthy pregnancy. I love them!“

“We simply cannot say enough good things about the friendliness shown throughout each of our experiences at Elite Nails yesterday. The first moment we opened the door we felt welcomed. My mother is 81 and had never had a manicure or a pedicure. She needed her toenails trimmed and fingernails so we took her to be pampered. Mom got a young lady by the name of Kim. She was so gentle and precious with mom. Kim went out of her way to make mom feel special. Mom came out very relaxed and didn't want to leave. We highly recommend giving this outing to your mom and going with her to create a fun memory. I had Johnny. He was also extremely friendly and did a fabulous job on both my hands and feet. I think the other gentleman's name was Anthony that helped Cheryl. He was also extremely friendly. We have been going elsewhere for over 6 years, not anymore. The friendly staff at Elite Nails allowed us to feel the difference in not being just a hurried number. Everyone in that business from the moment we were greeted to Kim holding a umbrella over my mom as she got in her car. Even Johnny's wife who wasn't even our tech. Every single person made the experience a memorable refreshing fun event. I'm so happy to give five stars and would give ten if possible. Thanks, Elite Nails for raising the bar for every nail salon. We will be back!
