It was a bit difficult to get a convenient time for us both to get the repairs done, but it was worth the wait. I had originally chosen another company because Mr. Flaker’s starting date was later than I wanted. However, the first company never showed, so I resigned my self to waiting on Mr. Flaker. It wasn’t as hard as I had imagined it would be. He communicated his progress with me frequently. He honored his original quote even though several months had passed from 2022 into 2023. Reasonable work for a reasonable price.This review is overdue. I had Mike and his guys demo and install, basically an entire new bathroom - lots and lots of tile work, building a shower pan, and replacing sub floors. I wanted to wait on the review to make sure that everything met expectations over a period of time, and for the most part I believe it has.Good things:1) Mike was very responsive. I was impressed at his communication and it made working with them much easier.
