I have been going here to see the owner since before she owned this actual business. More years than I care to count. At Designs On The Boulevard they are very helpful, professional, and eager to help you in anyway they can. Barbara does my hair better than anybody in my 65 years of living has ever done. I consider her a friend after all these years.

After noticing and liking a young womans' haircut and color, I asked who did her hair (if she didn't mind telling me). She said Robin @ Designs on the Boulevard. I've been a client ever since. She listens to what you want and does a great job!

Great stylists!! They always do an amazing job on my hair. I always come here. Its great laid back atmosphere. 5 stylists on site. Heather the receptionist is A+. They have organic facial items and a great selection of hair products. Close to Walmart in Seneca
