I loved the staff there. They were very to kind to my two cats and very gentle. Ashlee was very knowledgeable about their health and provided lots of information. She took care of my cats like they were her own. I would definitely come back, and I recommend everyone ask for Ashlee.

Dr. Jordan has cared for my pets for close to 15 years. She did surgery on my sweet Lulu for cancer and she lived for 2 more years. I also had another dog who developed diabetes and Dr Jordan and her awesome staff educated me on using a Libre and giving shots. I fully trust her and the staff, I think they truly look out for my pets' best interests.

Outstanding service and care for several years! Dr. Jordon and her amazing staff are 'always' attentive, follow-up on care / concern for our dogs/cats, are very conscientious, and truly care. We have brought six animals to Dr. Jordon and have always had amazing service and love. Dr. Jordon and her staff have come to our home twice (unfortunately) to euthanize two of our dogs when the decision had to be make and so they could be comfortable at home. We felt their hearts with ours. We thank and appreciate you, Crossroads team!!! ❤️
