I called at 9am in a panic, my hair was bright yellow another mistake of trusting…we’ve all been there. All I heard was “come on in dear, we will take a look.” I arrived at 930, lifted my scarf off my head and they all were sweet as they said, “It’s a nice color.” Michaela sat me down and with confidence told me she could fix it! AND FIX IT SHE DID!! I was treated like family and could feel the warmth within the salon. They made time for me without a fuss and did not let me leave with out feeling blessed I walked in! It made the Yellow Mistake all worthwhile in the end! 11 out of 10!!
