Women with curly/wavy hair know what a blessing it is to find someone adept at cutting it and Joan is that person!

My mom has been going to the Hair Loft - in Molly's great care - for at least 15 years. While visiting, I impulsively asked if I could get a hair cut and they squeezed me in. Bear in mind, I have been cutting (hacking) at my hair myself for about 6 years.

Joan never hesitated to understand the assignment and I couldn't believe how many times she went back in to snip and shape a few more places. The result is more volume, wave, and curls than I have ever seen on my head. The difference a professional haircut makes is huge and Joan made me a convert!
