Buyer beware. After ruining our engineered wood floor, we were told they would replace it. Then they offered band-aid type fixes which would have affected the resale value of our home. After we said we wanted it restored to the way it was before, they stopped returning calls. The photo of their “showroom” is currently empty.

After agreeing to replace the floor, then offering non-band-aid type fixes which would have affected the resale value of our home, they have stopped returning calls. The photo of their "showroom" is currently empty. I have never left this kind of review ever, but I do not want any other person to have to replace their entire floor (estimate to replace with same material is $20k) because this company does not know what they are doing and will not fix their mistakes consistent with industry standards.
