After two incredibly frustrating experiences with other optical providers, I called Stanton Optical expecting more of the same. Instead, someone answered quickly, was friendly, and got me scheduled for a 2:00 PM appointment.
When I arrived, they actually took me back nearly an hour early. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me.

VisionWorks has great customer service. The Optometrist that I used from another location (not VisionWorks) made a mistake in my prescription. VisionWorks helped me resolve the issue and sent the glasses back to have the lenses replaced. Highly recommend.
My visit to the optical center was uplifting and encouraging ! Brandy Amy and all the ladies were amazing and supportive. I had binocular double vision and they were able to assist me in getting other appointments and getting the help that I needed. They absolutely treat you with kindness and like family best class place ever.
