Stepped on my glasses with all my body weight. Was worried I would have to claim the one year warranty, Lesia was able to correct my glasses and I was able to keep my glasses. Very kind people. An entire wall was dedicated to their multiple licenses. Clean and open concept.

I visited Visionworks, 2350 Dave Lyle Blvd, Rock hill on November 29, 2023. It was the best experience that I have EVER had buying prescription eyewear! Visoinworks employees Shannon and Lesia were absolutely amazing. Perfect customer service. They both were pleasant, helpful and attentive to exactly what I needed. I never once felt rushed. They smiled the entire time. I left the store feeling that I absolutely chose the best place that I could ever have visited for my eyecare and vision needs. Kudos to Shannon & Lesia!! Kudos also to their Optometry office. Excellent! Five+ Stars to all!!

Best experience ever for many reasons! First of all, they have a HUGE variety of glasses! From round, to rectangular, to square, you name it and they have a good variety of styles. Second, I was able to take my time and look at all of the different options and try on many pairs. Nobody came and bugged me or bothered me while I browsed .. which was great because I hate being bothered by pushy salespeople. Third, speaking of salespeople, I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff! Very, very nice people!!
