Yesterday was my 1st time going to Upscale Hair Salon The owner Shay is super nice and very personable. She is very knowledgeable about hair care and did a great job caring for my hair and styling my hair. Her shop is very clean and organized. I will definitely be back. I moved to Rock Hill in 2016, & I struggled for the first 3 years finding a beautician to care for my natural hair every two weeks. My hair begin to thin out, break off, & needed to be retrained. I’ve been seeing Ms. Shay since 2019, & my hair is fuller, healthier, & longer! Along with her great personality, she’s knowledgeable & truly cares about her clients & their needs!

Shay was the best, she literally transformed my hair. And she TREATS your hair, with certain products and set you under the dryer.. She gives your hair the TLC that it needs in order to grow.. She doesn't just style it. When you leave there you know that you have established somewhere that you know you can go to on an ongoing basis for hair CARE. Thank you so much Shay for getting me on track to a healthy head of hair. If you don't go to Upscale Hair Salon. You missed it, Sorry ?
