The young man who did the inspection gave a thorough preview and summary of the job. He told where there might be future issues. Sorry I don’t remember his name. Stephanie was here to check the bait traps and let us know the status of the house exterior . She too was very helpful. They both addressed any potential problems my husband and I mentioned. You have two excellent employees. My only issue is the price, otherwise this would be a five star review.

Joe Montgomery who completed the service we requested did an excellent job. Throughout the process for each job he explained what he was doing and the time frame it might take to see results. Before Joe departed I felt we not only have a qualified exterminator but a new friend.
