I called Tommy to see if he could help me troubleshoot and fix some dead outlets in my house. I am fairly technical and thought I could troubleshoot it myself, but I could not solve this problem So, I reached out to a pro. When I described the problem to Tommy he recommended a step I had not thought of. It was a simple issue that he could just as easily make a quick service call for, but he gave me the advice that lead me to fix it myself. This is the kind of professional I want to know.
