UPDATE: The day after my pedicure, the owner reached out to me personally via phone to invite me back to fix my pedicure at no charge. The employees were very kind and Nancy did a beautiful job fixing my polish and scrubbing my heels. She even re-polished all ten toes (even though not all of them had issues with the polish). Thank you for being a good business :)
I’ve been going to this salon on and off for about three years now. I am really disappointed by my service today. I got the Deluxe pedicure earlier today, nothing fancy. Tam is the absolute best he made sure I got the color I wanted and no less than perfect!! He actually took his time and looked at each nail when he was done and fixed one tiny imperfection on my pinky nail I didn’t even notice!! Definitely worth every penny!!!!
Julie is the go-to nail tech if your feet or nails need a little extra attention, including tricky toenails that need special care. She’s thorough, and perfect if you want results. If you have very sensitive feet, you might prefer one of the other talented techs here. The salon stays busy, but it’s always clean and relaxing despite the crowds.
