I think this lab may be closing? Poor lab turnaround times. Outsource certain partial prescriptions without informing dentist. Had an implant crown due back last month and have no idea when delivery date will be going forward. Used this lab for 15-20 years….with recent 12-18 months of experience, I’m just disappointed with their communication and professionalism.

My dentist Dr Murdock sent me to make sure my replacement bridge is color matched, A shout out to Oliver my technician who is very professional ,obviously a master in his work! Very informative! I was greeted asked to wait a few moments and that's all it was was a few moments ☺️?

I have been a dental assistant for many years. As you know, all procedures start and end with us. The products I have recieve with SDL have been wonderful. If they were not, they fixed it in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make it right.I appreciate the personal touch I receive when I call for a pick up, to ask a question or get a recommendation.Thanks Eddie, Bob, JB, Gary, Tina, Collette and Melia for taking care of us!!
