Today was my first facial and only 2nd massage along with my first visit to Pure Escape Resort. I was referred by a friend and was looking forward to it for the last month.It did not disappoint!First I received my facial and brow wax from Melanie. The entire time she explained the process and helped with suggested different products I could use for my dry skin and the occasional in grown facial hair I get. She was very kind and really ensured that I left her feeling fantastic!Next, I was taken to the massage room where Olivia was my masseuse. Came here for my first massage and I had Matt Jauregui. He was amazing at explaining the process of the massage and guiding me through the massage. He relieved me of my neck and back pain. Matt is amazing and I definitely recommend him! Will be coming back soon :)
I don't usually leave reviews but I felt like I had to! First love the setting it really sets the mood and get you excited for your service. The staff is very friendly. So I had Andrea for a massage and she really made me feel comfortable and this girl know her stuff and she's very knowledgeable I learn so much from her and she gave me the best personable experience!So I definitely prebooked with her again can't wait for the next massage! :)
